NAMIWalk

The NAMIWalk is an event put on by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) that builds community and raises awareness for mental health. The Horizon All-Stars have been champions for mental health by participating in each NAMIWalk for the last ten years. This year we had forty-four team members who walked either in-person or virtually on October 15, 2022. Melanie Dunn, Sandi Wills, and Amy Palermo worked the Horizon Health and Wellness booth during the event.

By participating in the NAMIWalk, we join others to stop the stigma around mental health and replace it with hope and possibilities. The walk brings us one step closer to helping those in need by empowering and inspiring others and celebrating mental health awareness. Fall Potluck Celebration

Horizon team members gathered at their respective clinics on October 31st to celebrate the fall season and enjoy delicious food. Thank you to those who contributed to the celebration!

Holiday "Mug Shot" Contest

In November, employees sent in selfies with their favorite, one-of-a-kind mugs for a chance to win a gift card. There were many fun entries. Thank you to all who participated!

Spirit Week

October 31 – November 4 was spirit week! The Employee Appreciation Committee put on a contest with a different theme each day. There was also a office area decorating contest. Prizes included gift cards of various amounts to first, second, and third place winners. Winners are showcased below.
