On the Rise: New Interactive Hub for Employees Coming January 2023!

A similar interactive platform is coming to Horizon in 2023! On the Rise will be the hub for news, employee connection, and recognition. The following details highlight just a few of the features that will be available on the new platform:
News: Log in daily to stay up-to-date on the latest news and events, and hear from our leaders about organizational direction.
Recognition: Send and receive notes from co-workers. eCards are a quick and easy way to celebrate each other, say thank you, great work, or simply I’m thinking of you.
Mind Breaks: Take a moment to destress and participate in fun polls, quizzes, and riddles with your fellow employees.
Connect: Find and connect with people who share your hobbies and interests. Post your thoughts and arrange get-togethers outside of work.
Speak Up: Make your voice heard. Submit suggestions and ideas for making Horizon a great place to work!
