Meet Casa Grande's Newest Primary Care Providers
Mitsy Morton is a licensed Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner who recently joined the Horizon Casa Grande Clinic. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University and Master’s Degree from Walden University.
Mitsy knew she wanted to keep others safe and spent her high school summers as a lifeguard. An opportunity to become part of a healthcare team lead her to a career as a Registered Nurse. She spent 30+ years working in women and infants services, schools and corrections prior to furthering her career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Educating patients and setting achievable goals for positive outcomes is her main focus. She values her patient’s opinions and encourages participation in their goal setting.

Sandy Fedie is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who recently joined the Horizon Team. She received a Master’s Degree in Nursing in Switzerland and a Nurse Practitioner Certification from Grand Canyon University. Sandy has also been Advanced Wound Care Certified for 25 years.
Sandy’s family used to joke that she was “born a nurse” and has had a passion for taking care of people since she was young. She believes in treating patients from a holistic and integrative perspective and works collaboratively with them to choose the best treatment to meet their individual needs.
Sandy has been living in Arizona since 1992. In her free time, she loves spending time with her eight grandchildren.
