Paycom

Have you been receiving notifications regarding your timecard with open items that need attention? Missing punches occur but can easily be addressed.

You will notice a quick link for submitting a missed punch request is now available directly under the Time Clock, as shown.

Review and approve your timecard often through the pay period. This step is an action that employees should be doing to help ensure accuracy of their pay.

Did you know you can also review and approve your check just before it is submitted for payment?

A Better Employee Transaction Interface (BETI) will streamline payroll processing with more efficiency, and your opportunity for a sneak peek of your pay. APPROVE MY CHECK offers a side-by-side comparison of your previous paycheck as well.

You will receive a Paycom email notification requiring the APPROVE MY CHECK action, please execute this step, as the window of opportunity is short. (Watch for notification on Mondays prior to our Friday pay date.)
