Relias Training
Relias Supervisor Training, Oct. 6
If you have been granted supervisory access in Relias, please note that the Relias Supervisor Training will be held on Thursday, October 6, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This 1-hour WebEx training would be great for new Supervisors to familiarize themselves with available resources. The meeting will be recorded if you are unable to attend.
This training is for users who have the Supervisor permission in the Small Provider Portal (SPP) and/or in any of the existing sub-portals. Our Relias CSM will be reviewing key functions of this role including how to create/manage users, how to manage assignments for users and how to run reports.

Reminders
As the year end approaches, it’s important that all required Relias trainings are completed.
Reminders will be sent to the leaders of any staff who have outstanding trainings in their Relias accounts.
As an organization, we are contractually required to ensure that all staff who work in programs that support, oversee, or are paid by the Health Plan Contract have access to Relias and are enrolled in the appropriate training plans as designated by AzAHP. This includes, but is not limited to, full time/part time/on-call, direct care, clinical, medical, administrative, leadership, executive and support staff.
