Announcing Horizon's Chandler Pediatric Care Clinic
Horizon is excited to announce our newest site — the Chandler Pediatric Care Clinic. We welcome the staff from that practice (formerly known as Pendleton Pediatrics).
Dr. Judy Pendleton and staff have seamlessly transitioned this practice to Horizon Health and Wellness. We are excited to add a second pediatric clinic (following the addition of North Valley Pediatrics last year), which offers excellent patient care to children in Maricopa County and fits with the same quality and customer care philosophy that we embrace in our clinics across the state.
Horizon’s Chandler Pediatric Care Clinic is located at:
1445 West Chandler Blvd., Building B-10
Chandler, AZ 85224
The clinic has over 12 examination rooms and a private nursing suite, which provides a quiet, comfortable place for new Moms to feed their babies.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Once the transition is fully completed, we will be looking at adding behavioral health services to the practice, making it an integrated care clinic.
